I have also run Knitting Support Group, a weekly help group, for the past four years in which I help six to 20 knitters per week as they knit a variety of projects. This has afforded me the opportunity to work with a lot of knitters and fix a multitude of mistakes, quickly gauging what knitters need to know right now to get past where they are and move on to the next level in their knitting. I have seen first-hand how much confidence these knitters have gained by receiving consistent help in a friendly atmosphere.
